Gülman House

This historical building is near by Tarabya Hotel and located in 1000m2 land. Existing of the building inner and outer shells of the building renovated according to its original texture. Modern technology elements such as generator and AC external units are hidden in the cladding which is in a harmony within the building silhouette.

Interior design philosophy successfully reflect feng shui wisdom.

Circulation around the building was provided by forming travers wooden material. Besides variety of different flowers and trees that were used in the landscape enriches Bosphorus silhouette.
