Bird

Bird Restaurant is near by Taksim Pera Hotel and original building orientation of the planning is rather inwards. In order to take attention current tendency has changed to outwards. At the main entrance an intense plant covering has been used with wooden folding shutters which also has created an alive space. Another important design issue was about the bar which was emphasized with the striking lighting system behind the counter. A continuity was constituted with marble that flows vertically from counter to floor. Bird is an alive space with its flexibility, uniqueness and simplicity.
